Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Our return and exchange policy applies to all electronic items purchased from SpyWorld.in.
The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Accessories, manuals, and any other accompanying items must be included in the return or exchange.
The item should not have been tampered with, modified, or damaged due to customer negligence.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:
Customers can initiate a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges unless covered by a warranty.
Returns Process:

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing the returned item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.Exchange Process:
Customers wishing to exchange an electronic item for a different model or a similar product must follow the same process as outlined for returns.
If the requested exchange item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
If the requested exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the price difference to the customer.Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase or as per admin instructions.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping fees or restocking charges, if applicable.Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Warranty:
Products covered under warranty will be serviced or replaced according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Customers must refer to the warranty information provided with the product or contact our customer support team for assistance.No Return for Non-Issue:

SpyWorld.in will not accept returns for electronic items if there is no issue with the product.
If the item is functioning as intended and there are no defects or damages, the return request will be declined.
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, and customer reviews before making a purchase.

Self-ship: The customer will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.
