You shall get services from www.spyworld.in only if you agree with all the terms and conditions. Eligibility:
You represent and warrant that are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind with www.spyworld.in. You shall not use this website if you are not competent to contract under the applicable rules and regulations.
Prices:
All prices Included Packing and GST (Goods and Service Tax) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs may be extra as per conditions.
Delivery:
Orders secured by payment before 12:00hrs are normally dispatched on the same day. Dispatch of products within India is done by the ‘Next Working Day’ unless another payment method is specified by the customer.
Warranty:
All goods are Warranty for 6-12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. These products will be repaired resulting from any faulty workmanship but not by the misuse of the product, that has also guaranteed within 6-12 months of the purchase date.
Returns :
All surveillance products are non-refundable, please ensure that you are completely satisfied before purchasing any goods. Exchanges may be carried out within 24 hours at the discretion of the manager with a 20% re-stocking and handling fee minus Postage and Packing if goods are unopened and unused. Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation/Modification:
- We provide you with the best possible experience while you shop online. You will cancel all goods before they have been processed in our storehouse. The money back amount will be credited back into your account in the form of Cashback.
- We have permission for complete Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse.
- If an Item has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel that Item from your Order until that Item has not been processed in our warehouse. • If any products were purchased under a promotion applicable only to that product, we allow you to cancel that Item from your Order until that has not been processed in our warehouse.
- If an Order includes multiple Items bought under the same promotion, you will cancel your complete Order until none of the Items have been processed in our warehouse.
- Once your Cancellation is successful, the amount will be credited back into your account. This is applicable only for Non-Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

Can I stop my order after it is placed?
We can cancel it if your order has not been processed and refund your amount. To cancel your order place a call to Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I alter my order after placing it?
We understand that in some cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or color option of a product in your placed order. You may constantly need to have your shipping address updated. These changes are acceptable till we have begun dispensation of your order. For such wishes, please get in touch with Customer Care.
When will I receive my money for a canceled order?
We shall process your refund immediately once your Order has been canceled. If ANY COUPONS APPLIED ON THE ORDER WILL BE REINSTATED TO YOUR CREDITS, any cash back used with this order will be refunded. Please get in touch with our customer care executive at -11-26212525.
Why was my order canceled by you? Why didn’t notify me of any intimation?
This could be because either the product is out of stock or it has been rejected for quality grounds. An email always delivers when any order is canceled, but it is possible that it might move out into your spam folder.
Can I change the item after I have placed an order?
That’s not possible. You can either cancel the order or you can return the product and place a fresh order.
Terms of Agreement/Service:
This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using the services of Spy World. We provide an online shopping platform where Users can purchase the products listed on our site. You must agree to use the Services in a manner dependable with the terms hereof and also agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including privacy policy and with all applicable rules and regulations. Either You or Spy World may terminate the service at any time without cause. We reserve the right in its only diplomacy, to terminate your access to get the services of Spy World and the related services thereof at any time without notice.
Modification of Terms and conditions of our Services:
Spy World may modify the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of the Services without any prior notification at any time. You will access the latest version of the Terms, which shall be updated frequently at the link to our website. You assume to regularly review the Terms. If the customized Terms are not acceptable to You, You shall immediately stop using the Services. However, if You carry on to use the Services, You shall agree to accept and be bound by the modified Terms.
